Job summary

Hunt St is seeking a Senior Technical Lead based in the Philippines to act as the senior technical escalation point across client environments, lead design and cybersecurity initiatives, and manage multiple concurrent projects. Initially remote with potential hybrid travel in Metro Manila.

You will coordinate with clients, mentor staff, and ensure proactive communication throughout delivery, balancing priorities and fostering efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT experience across infrastructure, systems engineering or MSP environments.
• Experience in MSP or IT services environment.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and client-facing skills.
• Familiarity with PSA/RMM tools is highly desirable.

Responsibilities
