Job summary

OneTeamAnywhere is seeking a Lead Software Engineer / Tech Lead in the Philippines (Metro Manila) for a hybrid setup supporting a US-based client. The role requires authorization to work in the Philippines and occasional office visits, with most work done remotely.

You will lead cross-functional teams, review code, mentor juniors, and stay updated on tech trends to drive delivery quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience as Lead Software Engineer or Tech Lead.
• Strong project management skills, with experience using Linear or similar tools.
• Proficiency in Typescript and React, with solid software architecture knowledge.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities for a hybrid team.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of software projects aligning with client expectations.
• Collaborate with product, design, and development teams to define scope and timelines.
