JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Technical Client Consultant for Commercial Banking Merchant Services in Metro Manila. You will guide clients from implementation to production, provide technical consulting, and ensure smooth production transitions.

The role requires strong client service, technical acumen, and proactive risk management. You will work with internal partners to validate production readiness, address complex issues, and deliver best-in-class solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years supporting Client Services, Implementations, and/or Operations teams.
• At least 5 years diagnosing and resolving complex issues across applications, data messaging, and network connectivity.
• Proven ability to read, interpret, and apply technical product specifications for both transaction-based and file-based integrations.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to foster collaborative culture across functions.
• Able to operate in a dynamic environment and manage ambiguity.
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage a rotating portfolio of Commercial Banking Merchant Services clients from implementation to production.
• Advise clients and internal teams on production validations including authorization, downgrades, settlement, and funding.
• Identify and escalate risks or issues to internal partners for timely resolution.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards during onboarding and post-implementation.
• Translate client requirements into platform solutions for successful implementations.
• Define and approve end-to-end client solutions across connectivity, processing, reporting and reconciliation.
• Develop and execute a communication strategy for post-implementation and validation phases.
• Establish KPIs to measure production rollout success and report to leadership.
• Collaborate across functions and handle escalations professionally and effectively.
• Operate in a deadline-driven environment handling multiple initiatives.
