Job summary

ECLARO is seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst (BA/Product Owner) in the Philippines for a night shift with hybrid work requiring 3 onsite days per week in BGC or QC. The role focuses on leading backlog and shaping epics, with deep experience in P&C insurance and policy administration systems.

The candidate will collaborate with business and tech teams to ensure delivery that aligns with business goals, data models, and underwriting workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in the P&C insurance industry with exposure to commercial insurance.
• Ability to interpret and work with data models.
• Experience developing workflow diagrams.
• Familiar with policy administration systems (Client).
• Comfortable with rating structures and underwriting workflows.
• Experience with digital submission processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and release planning with internal teams and external vendors.
• Create and manage high-quality epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and capability matrices.
• Facilitate refinement sessions, product demos, and sprint reviews.
• Provide input on project scope, resource planning, and delivery timelines.
• Lead impact analysis for change requests and communicate trade-offs to stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment between business goals, system capabilities, and development execution.
• Collaborate with technical teams to validate system design and data flows meet product requirements.
