RingCentral's Acquire BPO Philippines is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to deliver data-driven insights for the Sales Operations organization. You will partner with senior leaders to answer critical questions and influence decisions that drive business results.

The role requires 2+ years in data analytics, proficiency in Excel/Tableau, and Salesforce experience, with a night-shift hybrid setup (Cubao or Ortigas) and monthly in-office days.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of confirmed experience in data analytics.
• Proven ability to build usable, actionable reports using Excel and Tableau.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM to manage or extract business and sales data.
• Familiarity with AI-powered analytics tools and concepts and how to apply them in a business context.
• Strong English communication skills (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to identify, frame, and answer critical operational questions.
• Deliver data narratives and high-impact recommendations to senior management.
• Establish standard reporting cadences to instill a data-driven mindset across business units.
• Conduct deep-dives into pressing business challenges to uncover underlying trends and issues.
• Leverage AI/ML tools to generate forward-looking insights and automate reporting workflows.
• Design analytical solutions tailored to specific business contexts and datasets.
• Query, manipulate, and analyze large-scale datasets across relational and distributed systems.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports to track daily performance and insights.
