Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking an Assistant Underwriter to support underwriting workflows in a fast-paced setting. You will review new and renewal applications, enter data in Excel, and prepare quotes while binding and issuing policies per broker requests.

Night shifts and on-site work are required, with home-working eligibility after 18 months of satisfactory service. Strong English skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task are essential.

Qualifications

• Analytical skills with high attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Excellent English reading/writing/verbal skills.
• Proficient in Excel and other computer systems.
• Prior property and casualty experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review new and renewal applications and, within guidelines, enter information in Excel rater and produce quotes.
• Bind and issue policies based on broker bind requests.
• Handle tasks independently in a high volume, fast paced environment.
