Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 1+ year with digital channels, AI, or bot-driven applications.
• Proven expertise in supporting large enterprise environments, including complex integrations and deployments at scale.
• Configuring contact center technologies and CRM integrations, APIs, and related ecosystem technologies.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills with ability to communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex implementations from pilot to full deployment, ensuring scalable CX and AI solutions for enterprise customers.
• Configure, program, and develop NICE solutions, including ACD, IVR, ASR, AI, NLU and CRM integrations.
• Integrate systems across CRMs, APIs, and customer ecosystems for end-to-end architectures.
• Maintain senior-level expertise in leading contact center technologies.
• Collaborate with project managers to design and oversee end-to-end rollouts; manage lifecycle, risk analysis.
• Ensure project execution through cross-department coordination and clear communication.
• Provide SME guidance on NICE products and AI during client consultations.
• Support testing, UAT, go-live readiness, and post-deployment optimization.
• Deliver enablement materials and collaborate across teams to align deliverables with customer needs.
• Enable customers through workshops and supervise junior staff or subcontracted personnel.
