Job summary

NiCE Ltd. is seeking a Senior Professional Services Engineer for a day-shift, hybrid role in the Philippines. You will lead complex implementations, configure NICE solutions, and integrate CRM ecosystems while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field or equivalent experience.
5+ years of professional experience in digital channels or AI.
Experience with large enterprise environments and complex integrations.
Strong CRM integrations, APIs, and related ecosystem knowledge.

Responsibilities

Lead complex implementations from pilot to deployment for CX and AI solutions.
Configure, program, and develop NICE solutions including ACD, IVR, ASR, AI and CRM integrations.
Integrate systems across CRMs, APIs, and customer ecosystems.
Mentor junior staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
