Job summary

NiCE is seeking an Associate Technical Account Manager in Manila to resolve complex problems and deliver exceptional technical support to key accounts. You will help clients succeed, expand usage of NiCE products, and become a trusted reference for customers while promoting long-term partnerships.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's in CS or related field and 3 years in a technical/service role, with strong communication and problem-solving skills, plus familiarity with contact center software

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a technical or business field.
3 years in a technical or service role within software, telecoms, customer service, or service delivery.
Strong analytical and advanced troubleshooting skills with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

Serve as trusted advisor for key accounts and resolve complex technical challenges.
Build strategic relationships and foster long-term partnerships.
Provide exceptional technical support and customer service across internal teams.
Leverage NiCE product knowledge to troubleshoot and optimize client solutions.
Train clients to maximize their NiCE investments and share best practices.
