Job summary

NiCE is seeking a Senior Professional Services Engineer to deliver expert consulting, implementation, and optimization for NiCE products and services. You will mentor junior staff, manage end-to-end deployments, and ensure seamless integration across CRMs and APIs while maintaining currency in leading contact center technologies.

You will collaborate with project managers to design rollout plans, assess risks, and guide customer engagements from discovery through go-live and hypercare.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 1+ year working with digital channels, AI, or bot-driven applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex implementations from pilot to full deployment for CX and AI solutions.
• Configure, program, and develop NICE solutions including ACD, IVR, ASR, AI, NLU, and CRM integrations.
