Job summary

NiCE in Manila is seeking an Associate Technical Account Manager to resolve complex problems and deliver outstanding technical and customer service to key accounts, leveraging our Care Plus offering.

You will act as trusted advisor, build relationships, collaborate across teams, and help clients maximize value from NiCE products and services.

A bachelor's degree in CS or related field and 3 years in a technical/service role are required; telecom/software knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field.
• At least 3 years in a technical or service role within software, telecom, or customer service.
• Strong analytical and advanced troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of contact center software design is a plus.
