TESDA in the Philippines seeks a Senior Technical Education and Skills Development Specialist to lead policy research and evaluation efforts within the Planning Office. You will prepare and review technical documents, conduct research, design and implement monitoring and evaluation systems, and coordinate programs with internal and partner agencies.

• Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• 8 hours of relevant training.
• Career Service (Professional)/ Second Level eligibility.

Responsabilités

• Prepares and reviews technical documents (i.e. Terms of Reference, project proposal).
• Leads the conduct of research/studies.
• Designs and implements monitoring and evaluation (M&E) systems and data analysis frameworks.
• Implements and coordinates programs, projects, and systems.
• Oversees project implementation and reviews the work of lower-level specialist.
• Provides technical assistance and services to internal and partner agencies/organizations.
• Represents TESDA in inter-agency committee meetings.
• Performs such other functions as may be authorized.
