Responsibilities

• Assists the Provincial Director in directing, supervising, and coordinating the operations of the Provincial Office.
• Recommends to the Provincial Director systems and procedures to ensure efficient and effective program.
• Administers the implementation of the programs/projects.
• Strengthens and improves the research technology development of the province.
• Maintains public relations with the community, industry, government, and non-government organizations.
• Promotes non-formal extension programs and coordinates the preparation of periodic reports.
• Performs related work and other assigned tasks.
