Responsibilities

• Portfolio Management: Manage and prioritise assigned portfolios to ensure targets are achieved while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Customer Payments: Oversee and track team payment pipelines daily and maximise conversion to payments.
• Leadership and Coaching: Lead, coach, and support Team Leaders with performance management and development.
• Customer Experience: Lead teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience and review feedback for improvements.
• Policies and Procedures: Ensure compliance with Employee Handbook, Leadership Principles, and Code of Conduct.
• Networking: Build relationships across the business and with external stakeholders.
• Occupational Health and Safety: Promote safe workplace practices and address hazards.
