Job summary

PM Consulting is hiring a Credit Management Specialist I Manager to lead a Credit Management team onsite in the Philippines. You will drive credit operations, assess risk, ensure policy compliance, and manage customer accounts while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve systems and processes.

The role focuses on developing action plans, supervising performance via KPIs, and coaching staff to meet targets in a multinational environment with strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a finance function within a multinational environment, with exposure to Credit Management.
• Strong knowledge of credit policies, risk assessment, and collection practices.
• Experience in team leadership and stakeholder management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Lean Six Sigma certification is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer management abilities.
• Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and work in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Credit Management team performance through KPIs and operational metrics
• Act as escalation point for complex or sensitive credit-related issues
• Conduct credit evaluations, set and manage customer credit limits, and assess risk exposure
• Develop and implement action plans to achieve or exceed performance targets
• Ensure all credit processes, procedures, and documentation are regularly reviewed and updated
• Monitor service levels based on agreements and customer satisfaction metrics
• Maintain compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and regulatory standards
• Provide coaching, development, and performance management for the team
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive system, tool, and process improvements
