Educational Requirements

• College Graduate
• Preferred degrees include Life Sciences, Engineering (medical, biomedical, chemistry)

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities
• Preferred candidates will have experience in complaint handling within medical device or healthcare accounts, but those from telecommunications, sales, or financial backgrounds will also be considered if they meet the criteria
• At least 3 years of operations management experience along with the required degree
• Overall work experience of no less than 7 years in a BPO environment.
