Marsh is seeking a Senior Talent & Transformation Consultant to join our Manila-based team. You will lead HR transformation engagements, shaping solutions to align with client needs and leading project delivery across multiple HR domains.

The role emphasizes client advisory, stakeholder management, and capability building for junior team members, in a hybrid work setting to collaborate with regional colleagues and delivery resources.

Qualifications

• More than 15 years of HR consulting experience across workforce transformation, talent management, assessments, organizational development, skills and capabilities, employee experience and culture.
• Ability to engage internal and external stakeholders across all levels and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales, commercial and Marsh colleagues to achieve annual revenue targets.
• Lead business development, including lead generation and client engagement, building a robust pipeline.
• Shape proposals, design solutions aligned with client needs, and pursue upselling opportunities.
• Direct consulting engagements and guide project teams to deliver client value.
