Qualifications

• More than 15 years of HR consulting across multiple HR domains such as workforce transformation, talent management, assessments, organizational development, skills and capabilities, employee experience and culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development including generating leads and building a strong pipeline.
• Direct consulting engagements and guide project teams to deliver client value.
• Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring timeliness, quality and budget.
• Coach and mentor junior team members and collaborate with regional resources.
