You will deliver manager programs, support onboarding readiness and drive end-to-end program management.

The role emphasizes collaboration with site teams, data integrity and continuous improvement to ensure a seamless learner experience across capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
• 5+ years relevant experience in learning and development, talent enablement, capability development or related HR function.
• Experience in end-to-end program or project management including planning, scheduling, logistics and governance.
• Demonstrated experience facilitating behavioral or professional capability programs for employee audiences.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate high-quality behavioral and capability-building sessions across the learning calendar and onboarding.
• Co-create capability-building strategies and coordinate end-to-end execution from planning through governance and measurement.
• Drive assigned learning projects with governance, milestones and stakeholder engagement.
• Own end-to-end site readiness and execution for new employee onboarding and maintain timely communications.
• Contribute to team effectiveness and knowledge sharing, delivering routine development activities.
