Job summary

Optum Philippines is seeking a Sr People Development Analyst to partner with Talent Enablement and Capability Development to design, deliver and improve learning experiences at the Makati site. You will manage onboarding, facilitate sessions and drive capability-building programs across the business.

The role emphasizes stakeholder collaboration, rigorous data discipline and end-to-end program execution, with a focus on high-quality facilitation and measurable outcomes for employees and leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years relevant experience in learning and development, talent enablement, capability development, HR program delivery or a related function.
• Experience in end-to-end program or project management, including planning, scheduling, logistics, governance and data tracking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Facilitation Excellence: plan, prepare and deliver high-quality behavioral and capability-building sessions.
• Capability Support: co-create strategies and coordinate end-to-end execution from planning through governance and measurement.
• Project & Program Management: drive assigned learning projects with governance and stakeholder experience.
• New Employee Onboarding: own site onboarding readiness and execution with stakeholders.
