Job summary

Vismotor Corporation in the Head Office at Cebu is seeking a Senior Associate for Talent Development. This full-time role supports planning, implementation, and evaluation of training and development programs, identifying competency gaps, and coordinating learning initiatives.

You will assist in onboarding, monitor training effectiveness, and support performance evaluations while helping with IDPs and career planning. Occasional travel to branches may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Behavioral Science, HR Management, Education, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in Training & Development or related field
• Knowledge of TNA, training coordination, facilitation, and program evaluation
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and presentation skills
• Proficient in MS Office and/or Google Workspace
• Willing to travel occasionally for branch training

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and identify competency gaps
• Coordinate training schedules, participants, SMEs, and training requirements
• Support the implementation of the annual training plan
• Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs
• Monitor training attendance, documentation, and training effectiveness
• Assist in monitoring probationary and semi-annual performance evaluations
• Consolidate and maintain IDPs and training records
• Support career development and succession planning initiatives
• Coordinate with SMEs and external training providers
• Prepare training reports, dashboards, and recommendations for improvement
• Support employee engagement and other talent development programs
