10+ years progressive full-cycle recruiting experience.
Significant experience recruiting for technical and engineering positions.
Experience supporting multiple countries and geographic markets within APAC.
Demonstrated success managing complex and difficult-to-fill searches.
Proven experience partnering directly with hiring managers and senior business leaders.

Responsibilities

Lead recruiting activities across the APAC region, supporting hiring managers and leadership teams in multiple countries.
Develop and execute recruiting strategies aligned with business objectives and workforce plans.
Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers regarding market conditions, hiring strategies, candidate availability, compensation trends, and talent landscape insights.
