Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a visionary VP, Talent Acquisition - SEA to lead high-volume hiring across PH & SEA sites. You will architect recruitment strategy, drive AI-enabled sourcing, automation, and data-driven decision making to support hyper-growth in the region.

You will partner with senior leadership across Operations, Finance, HR and Workforce Management to create scalable TA programs that attract diverse talent and elevate candidate experience across multiple geographies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leadership experience in talent acquisition, including 8+ years in high-volume hiring across PH & SEA.
• Experience building and scaling TA functions in BPO or tech/service sectors.
• Strong knowledge of AI-powered sourcing, automation tools, and modern ATS.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale high-volume recruitment for PH & SEA delivery sites.
• Drive the TA roadmap with virtualization, automation, and AI adoption in hiring workflows.
• Partner with operations, finance, HR and leadership to align recruitment with business goals.
