Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business administration, or related field.
• 4–6 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• 1–2 years in a senior, lead, or supervisory recruitment role.
• Proven experience in both technical and non-technical recruitment.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, or supervising recruiters.
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
• Proficient in ATS/HRIS, LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed and other sourcing platforms.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Technical and Non-Technical positions from sourcing to onboarding.
• Lead, coach, and mentor Recruiters and Recruitment Specialists.
• Set recruitment targets, monitor performance, and provide feedback.
• Provide market insights on candidate availability and salary expectations.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data in the ATS/HRIS.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies across channels and platforms.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to meet hiring targets.
