• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and hiring plans.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and referrals.
• Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit and coordinate interviews.
• Guide candidates through a positive interview experience.
• Manage requisitions and pipelines across multiple brands.
• Track recruiting metrics and improve processes.
• Act as a brand ambassador for each company.
• Stay current on recruiting trends and compensation benchmarks.
