Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years in full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition.
Must have proven experience in the TSP industry.
Expert-level sourcing skills and strong English communication (written and verbal).
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Responsibilities

Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to define talent needs and craft job descriptions.
Develop multi-channel sourcing strategies using platforms like LinkedIn, JobStreet, Facebook, and TikTok.
Provide a positive candidate experience and maintain professional communication.
