Altrad Pacific Shared Services Inc is seeking a dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead high-volume sourcing for major projects with a strong focus on the Australian market.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, coordinate with project management, HR, and site leaders, and mentor a small team to ensure timely mobilization and compliant personnel records across multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on Australian recruitment experience required.
• Minimum 5 years in high‑volume, project‑based recruitment.
• Experience with HRIS/ATS, social media sourcing and recruitment tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proactive, adaptable with readiness to support evolving projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end talent acquisition for major projects.
• Lead a small team including a recruiter and administrator.
• Screen resumes, conduct references, coordinate interviews.
• Liaise with project management and stakeholders daily.
• Ensure Manning reporting and compliant personnel records.
• Coordinate pre-mobilization training with Training & Payroll.
