Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
• 5+ years’ experience in recruitment & selection practices, procedures, processes, concepts, and principles.
• 1–2 years as a recruitment supervisor in BPO recruitment.
• Excellent interpersonal communications and influencing skills.
• Knowledge of talent market and wide connections in the industry and other recruiting agencies.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders and building strong relationships.
• Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results.
• Strong business acumen with problem-solving, critical thinking, and initiative.
• Good interviewing skills and ability to ask the right questions.
• Exposure to recruiting strategies and workflow management between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Strategic thinking and active participation in client/management discussions.

Responsibilities

• Fill staffing requisitions with qualified candidates in a timely manner.
• Monitor end-to-end recruitment process and recommend improvements.
• Develop and administer effective ongoing recruitment processes.
• Coordinate with Operations and other departments to achieve headcounts and milestones.
• Pursue recruitment tactics and knowledge to attract top talent.
• Develop recruitment plans, goals, strategies and activities.
• Establish and maintain recruiting networks with schools, training centers, and organizations.
• Maintain recruiting databases and reporting systems.
• Provide qualitative and quantitative recruitment reports and forecasts.
• Lead miscellaneous department projects.
