Job summary

IBM Consulting is seeking a Senior Talent Care Advisor to drive end-to-end hiring strategies for US-based client managers, across frontliners, management, non-management, and union roles. You will lead relationships with applicants and client contacts, coordinating with location teams to ensure efficient selection and hiring processes.

You will evaluate applications, support ATS usage, and ensure compliance with SLAs and OLAs, while handling union-related tasks and maintaining thorough process

Qualifications

• 2–3 years recruitment experience in-house, RPO or agency
• Strong experience in a web-based applicant tracking system and recruitment best practices
• Able to create positive relationships with clients and build long term value
• Able to communicate effectively and consistently
• Willingness to work nightshift on site

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with applicants, hiring managers and client contacts
• Receive applications for open requisitions and perform evaluation before presenting shortlisted candidates
• Coordinate with hiring managers and location contacts via email and phone for effective hiring processes
• Provide support to hiring managers, location contacts and candidates on ATS and process guidelines
• Handle union-related transactions pertaining to involuntary separations, recalls, and transfers
• Review voice and video assessments as part of the selection process
• Maintain documentation related to process execution (documents, job aids, alerts, spreadsheets)
• Adhere to service levels and timelines set by IBM and client
• Address recruitment concerns via email, phone or chat
• Ensure and manage own compliance to IBM deliverables, guidelines and policies
• Manage own learning and development
