The ideal candidate brings 2–3 years of recruitment experience in-house, RPO, or agency settings, with strong ATS experience and the ability to build long-term client value.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of recruitment experience in-house, RPO, or agency
• Strong experience with web-based applicant tracking systems and recruitment best practices
• Ability to build long-term value through positive client relationships
• Excellent communication skills and consistency
• Willingness to work nightshift on site

Responsabilités

• Manage relationships with applicants, hiring managers, and client contacts
• Receive applications and shortlist candidates for hiring managers
• Coordinate with location contacts via email and phone for hiring processes
• Educate clients and candidates on process guidelines and policies
• Ensure compliance with IBM deliverables and policies
• Maintain recruitment documentation and reports
• Support learning and development activities for the role
