Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of recruitment experience and best practices.
• Experience partnering with Hiring Managers through open requisitions, sourcing, debrief and offers.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and database tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement recruiting strategies with client satisfaction for IBM’s RPO services.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers, client teams, and operations to develop staffing plans.
• Manage ATS records, candidate pipelines, and reporting to meet targets.
• Source, screen and present qualified candidates to client focal points.
• Conduct webinars and campaigns to attract candidates and build a network.
