Job summary

Growth Partner & Consultancy Limited seeks an experienced talent acquisition leader to own end-to-end searches, including C-level hires, for US/UK markets. You will guide intake with founders and department heads, shaping briefs to secure the right hires.

You’ll operate as an independent contractor, invoicing monthly, with a 50–60 hour week and flexible hours across UAE, UK and US East Coast time zones. Strong English and diplomacy are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in talent acquisition, at least 3 of them in-house, embedded or RPO.
• Senior or leadership search experience.
• Hiring into US or UK market.
• Near-native spoken and written English.
• Evidence of managing senior stakeholders.
• Direct sourcing that works.
• Independent contractor, invoicing monthly.
• Flexible schedule across UAE/UK/US East Coast hours.
• Pipelines built ahead of demand.
• Candidate engagement over months.
• Articulate employer value proposition by audience.
• Experience designing structured candidate assessments.
• Tested and iterated on job posts.
