Job summary

RELX INC is seeking a Systems Engineer III in Manila to ensure efficient IT services. You will deploy and support enterprise technology solutions, manage complex deployments, and maintain system documentation.

The role requires 5+ years in systems engineering, experience with Entra ID/Active Directory and cloud platforms, and the ability to work with global teams and stakeholders. On-call duties and occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
5+ years’ experience in systems/infrastructure engineering.
Experience administering enterprise identity platforms (Entra ID/Active Directory) and public cloud (AWS and/or Azure) at scale.
Experience supporting 24/7 environments with on-call rotations.
Experience as escalation point and mentoring junior engineers.
Experience working with globally distributed teams and senior stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies.

Responsibilities

Assist Enterprise Engineering Leads with EUC roadmap delivery and successful projects.
Provide 3rd line support to internal squads for complex issues.
Mentor peers and drive a shift-left culture within the team.
Deliver business-critical support ensuring SLA adherence and service quality.
Collaborate with squad leads on infrastructure projects.
Participate in on-call rotation and after-hours support as needed.
Engage with senior stakeholders and provide project updates.
