Qualifications

• Experience managing hundreds of servers in a 24/7 environment.
• Experience installing, configuring, and administering Windows and Linux servers.
• Proficiency in performance monitoring and hardware optimization.

Responsibilities

• Setups, maintains and monitors high availability of servers.
• Collaborate with production support to test environments and review test plans.
• Provide capacity planning for database server hardware resources.
• Ensure all server issues meet SLA targets.
• Suggest and implement process and system improvements.
• Work with network team on security policy.
• Create and monitor backup strategy.
• Provide patch management on servers.
• Daily monitor system logs and perform root cause analysis.
