Job summary

Seven Seven Global Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to maintain and secure enterprise IT infrastructure in Ortigas Center, Pasig City. You will manage servers, monitor systems, perform backups, and support network infrastructure.

The role requires strong Windows/Linux server experience, Active Directory, and AWS knowledge, with collaboration across internal and external teams for reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, CE, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or in a similar IT infrastructure role.
• Strong Windows/Linux server administration experience.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, virtualization, and enterprise infrastructure.
• Experience with enterprise backup and recovery procedures.
• Knowledge of networking concepts including LAN/WAN, HTTP, caching.
• Experience with AWS cloud and ITIL/ITSM awareness.

Responsibilities

• Perform server administration, including user/group management and security permissions.
• Monitor event logs, resource usage, and infrastructure health; troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain servers, workstations, routers, switches, and related devices.
• Support LAN, WAN, Internet, Intranet, and network segments.
• Assist Help Desk with troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Conduct health checks, backups, and recovery testing.
• Create and maintain technical operations documentation and project status.
