Job summary

Bloomberry Resorts and Hotels Inc. is seeking a Systems Engineer to administer and optimize Windows and Linux server environments, ensuring high availability and rapid incident response in a 24/7 setting.

You will monitor, patch, back up, and recover servers, support IT projects, and collaborate with Networking teams on security initiatives while serving as escalation for complex issues. A 5+ year track record and a relevant degree are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing servers and databases in a 24/7 environment.
• Experience with Windows and Linux server administration.
• Experience with cloud platforms and virtualization.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor high-availability server environments.
• Install, configure, and administer Windows and Linux servers.
• Perform capacity planning and performance optimization.
• Monitor system logs and conduct root cause analysis.
• Manage server patching, backups, and recovery strategies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues within SLA targets.
• Support testing environments and production systems.
• Collaborate with Network and Infrastructure teams on security initiatives.
• Provide backup support for infrastructure monitoring operations.
