Job summary
SCALABLE OS CORP. is seeking a Senior Infrastructure & Cloud Solutions Engineer to design, implement, and deliver technology solutions across client environments.
The role combines hands-on delivery with secure, scalable, and well-documented infrastructure modernization, Microsoft 365, and Azure initiatives. You will own projects from design through implementation, lead design sessions with clients, and ensure successful migrations, security hardening, and cloud transformations across Azure and
Qualifications
- 5+ years of infrastructure, systems, cloud, or consulting experience.
- Proven ability to design and implement complete technology solutions.
- Advanced experience with Windows Server and Active Directory.
- Advanced experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune.
- Advanced experience with Azure infrastructure.
- Advanced experience with VMware and/or Hyper-V.
- Advanced experience with networking, firewalls, VPNs, and security technologies.
- Advanced experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and client communication skills.
- Experience in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design, scope, and implement infrastructure, cloud, networking, security, and business continuity solutions.
- Lead technical delivery of projects from discovery through implementation and documentation.
- Conduct client-facing design sessions and provide technical recommendations.
- Architect and implement Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID, Intune, and Azure solutions.
- Lead tenant migrations, cloud transformations, security hardening, and identity modernization projects.
- Design and support Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments and related Azure infrastructure.
- Design and support routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, wireless, firewalls, and multi-site networks.
- Administer VMware and Hyper-V environments, including migrations, upgrades, and optimization.
- Design and validate backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
- Serve as a senior escalation resource for complex infrastructure and cloud issues.

The Senior Infrastructure & Cloud Solutions Engineer is a senior-level, client-facing, billable engineering role responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering technology solutions across client environments. This is a hands-on project delivery position focused on infrastructure modernization, Microsoft 365 and Azure initiatives, networking, security, virtualization, business continuity, and cloud transformation projects. The successful candidate will own projects from design through implementation while ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, supportable, documented, and recoverable.
