Job summary

Staff Domain Inc is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to own complex environments with autonomy within an AI-first service model. The role is remote with flexible alignment to PH/ANZ time zones, focusing on stability, security, and long-term quality across Azure, AWS, and on-prem systems.

You will be the senior escalation point for L2/L3 issues, guiding juniors and driving infrastructure improvements, automation, and security enhancements.

Qualifications

• Senior-level systems administrator with hands-on experience
• Experience managing complex networks in MSP/MSSP
• Strong Microsoft technologies including AD, Azure AD, M365, Windows Server
• Advanced networking: routing, switching, firewalls, VPN, SD-WAN
• Experience with virtualization: VMware vSphere, Hyper-V
• Solid cybersecurity fundamentals and operational practices
• Hands-on with Azure and AWS environments
• Experience with backup platforms such as Veeam and Metallic
• Exposure to MSSQL is advantageous

We are seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to take ownership of complex environments and operate with a high degree of autonomy within a modern, AI-first service model.

You will act as the senior escalation point across L2/L3, responsible for resolving complex issues and maintaining high-performing, secure environments. You will own technical outcomes across your assigned environments, make decisions independently, and drive improvements without relying on constant direction. The role is hands-on, with a focus on stability, optimisation, and long-term quality.

You will also gain exposure to AI-driven tooling and automation as part of our evolving service delivery model.

Requirements

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who:

• Proven experience in a senior systems administrator or equivalent role
• Experience managing complex network environments or working within an MSP or MSSP
  
• Strong expertise across Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365, and Windows Server
  
• Advanced networking capability across routing, switching, firewalls, VPN, wireless, and SD-WAN
  
• Experience with virtualisation platforms including VMware vSphere and Hyper-V
  
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and operational practices
  
• Hands-on experience with Azure and AWS environments
  
• Experience with backup platforms such as Veeam and Metallic
  
• Exposure to MSSQL or Oracle is advantageous
