Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an L3 Systems Engineer to join onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City, on a Day shift. You will act as the senior escalation point for complex issues across client environments and support Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and virtualization platforms.

You will mentor junior engineers, improve documentation and processes, and collaborate with clients to drive timely resolutions in a hybrid environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in an MSP or multi-client environment.
• Strong experience administering Microsoft 365 environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as the senior escalation point for complex technical issues across client environments.
• Troubleshoot and support advanced Microsoft 365 and hybrid environments.
• Manage and troubleshoot Azure AD / Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Intune / Endpoint Management.
• Support and maintain virtualized infrastructure using VMware and/or Hyper‑V.
• Troubleshoot Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, and firewalls.
• Support cloud-first and hybrid client environments and assist with infrastructure improvement projects.
• Work directly with clients to resolve technical issues and provide technical guidance.
• Manage incidents end-to-end, take ownership of complex problems, and drive timely resolution.
• Improve technical documentation, standards, and internal support processes.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance when required.
