Job summary

Eastvantage Business Solutions Inc. seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to operate, support and continuously improve infrastructure and cloud services for Ethan customers. The role emphasizes automation, monitoring and evidence-based delivery to reduce repeat work and improve service outcomes.

Responsibilities include incident resolution, change execution, onboarding support and after-hours on-call participation while adopting IaC and modern automation tools.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting across Windows Server and hybrid identity concepts.
• Experience with Azure and Microsoft 365 services, Entra ID or equivalent.
• Ability to plan changes, perform risk assessment and validate deployments.

Responsibilities

• Own and resolve complex incidents and requests across Windows Server, identity, virtualization, backup, storage, monitoring and cloud platforms.
• Participate in major incident response, root cause analysis and permanent corrective actions.
• Plan and implement approved changes with tests, rollback planning and evidence capture.
• Perform service health, patching, lifecycle, capacity, backup and recovery activities.
• Maintain accurate runbooks, documentation and knowledge articles.
