Qualifications

• Advanced training certification or extensive project tenure.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with enterprise systems and complex environments.
• Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft System Center infrastructure suites (SCCM/SCOM).

Responsibilities

• Architect and manage enterprise configuration deployment systems (SCCM).
• Oversee large-scale automated patch deployments and update templates.
• Own the enterprise monitoring framework via SCOM.
• Manage high-density physical infrastructure clusters (HP servers).
• Administrate storage networks and HP storage/backup devices.
• Supervise virtualization layers (Hyper-V).
• Oversee data backup and recovery integrity with EMC/Dell solutions.
• Monitor hardware connectivity and data center health (HP OneView).
• Oversee server commissioning, decommissioning and cleanups.
• Conduct semi-annual audits of folder permissions and maintain docs for IT audits.
• Formulate action plans for Critical/Major incidents under SLA timelines.
• Manage backend security services (MDM, KMS, Root CA).
