Role Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Lead Systems Administrator specializing in virtualization and infrastructure technologies. This role is responsible for the administration, support, and continuous improvement of enterprise virtualization environments, with a primary focus on VMware technologies and complementary experience in Nutanix platforms. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in VMware NSX-T, virtualization infrastructure, and enterprise IT environments, combined with proven experience managing infrastructure initiatives and projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and support VMware NSX-T environments to ensure stability, security, and optimal performance.
• Manage and support enterprise virtualization platforms, including VMware vSphere/ESXi and Nutanix AHV.
• Perform day-to-day infrastructure administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization activities.
• Contribute to infrastructure architecture, modernization, migration, and upgrade initiatives.
