Job summary

Outsourced.ph is seeking a System Administrator to manage and support our on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure. The role emphasizes Windows Server administration, VMware virtualization, SAN storage, and Cisco UCS, with exposure to patch management and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in system administration, strong troubleshooting skills, and solid documentation practices.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of system administration experience.
• Strong Windows Server administration and VMware experience.
• Experience with SAN storage, preferably Pure Storage.
• Familiarity with Cisco UCS, patch management tools, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows-based servers and overall server infrastructure.
• Manage and support VMware environments (provisioning, maintenance, troubleshooting).
• Oversee storage systems, particularly Pure Storage (SAN).
• Support and maintain Cisco UCS infrastructure.
• Perform regular patching and updates across servers using WSUS.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security.
• Assist in managing cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure).
• Troubleshoot system issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Maintain system documentation, configurations, and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects and improvements.
