Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in IT or Equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Systems Analyst.
- Experience in Banking or Financial Industries.
- Exceptional skills elicitation of requirements and translation of business requirements into functional/technical needs and actions.
- Broad knowledge on software, hardware, development and integrations.
- Experience in Documentation – Writing Functional Specifications Document and Workflows/Flowcharts.
- Strong written and verbal communication to bridge between Client and Development Team.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with logical thinking.
Responsibilities
- Researches and analyzes improvement opportunities; conducts analysis, prepares recommendations, and facilitates efficiency enhancements.
- Develops business requirement documents and specifications as part of a team of System Analysts.
- Works as directed by management to research and document business issues involving workflow procedures and processes.
- Analyzes data and develops creative solutions; breaks down and describes business needs into stories for iterative delivery.
- Communicates and negotiates effectively with the business to clarify needs vs wants and balance requirements with cost and risks.
- Supports a positive and collaborative digital delivery culture while upholding bank policies and procedures and professional conduct.
