Qualifications

• 3–5 years of BA experience in banking or financial services
• Strong knowledge of banking processes, products and regulatory compliance
• Experience with requirements gathering, documentation and analysis methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps or Confluence
• Familiarity with SDLC and agile methodologies

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements from banking stakeholders and translate them into detailed functional specifications
• Conduct process mapping and workflow analysis to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement in banking operations
• Collaborate with software developers, QA teams and system architects to ensure solutions align with business objectives
• Develop use cases, user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams
• Perform system testing and validate that solutions meet documented business requirements
• Provide post-implementation support and training to banking end-users
• Manage project scope, timelines and deliverables in coordination with project managers
• Participate in stakeholder meetings to present findings, recommendations and project progress
• Document and maintain comprehensive technical and functional documentation
