Job summary

Metrobank is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to translate business needs into effective technology solutions. You’ll act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, drive requirements gathering and design, and collaborate with developers and architects to optimize workflows and system integrations.

The role requires at least 5 years in business analysis or related fields, a strong understanding of APIs, data analysis, and Agile practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Technical Business Analysis, System Integration, or Software Development.
• Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, databases, and enterprise applications.
• Experience working on API development and integration projects.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, and business process modeling tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and requirements-gathering skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in delivering technology solutions.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, data analysis, and process improvement practices is an advantage.
