Job summary

RCBC in Taguig, Philippines seeks an experienced Systems Analyst to develop and maintain banking application systems. You will gather user requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure AML processes are incorporated per MLPP compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or related field.
At least 3 years as a Systems Analyst in banking applications.
Experience in Java or .NET development.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cloud platforms.
Knowledge of AML compliance as stipulated in MLPP laws is a plus.

Responsibilities

Gathers information on user requirements for systems analysis and design.
Designs modules/systems translating business needs into technical specifications incl. AML as per MLPP.
Develops file structures, interfaces, programs and reports, backups and archiving.
Codes and compiles programs following SDLC standards including information security and audit.
Prepares test data and conducts tests to ensure correct coding.
Prepares conversion and implementation plans for supervisor approval.
Maintains system documentation and manuals for applications.
Supervises file conversion and provides user support and training.
Recommends improvements to procedures to maximize effectiveness.
