The Senior Systems & AI Solutions Engineer is responsible for the high-level architecture, systems resilience, and evaluation and integration of emerging technologies—including AI and automation that ensure our platform remains the gold standard for patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and deploy production-ready applied AI systems, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, automated document processing, and operational triage workflows.
• Audit and refactor critical backend services and legacy bottlenecks to reduce latency, eliminate points of failure, and ensure high system availability.
• Champion AI-assisted engineering practices across the team, integrating modern AI tooling to accelerate development throughput and catch regressions early.
• Oversee software development lifecycles (SDLC) by establishing automated CI/CD pipelines, integration testing suites, and high standards for peer code reviews.
• Govern cybersecurity and data privacy standards to safeguard sensitive patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare information frameworks.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4-8 years of professional software engineering and systems architecture experience with production ownership.
• Hands-on experience implementing AI models, LLM APIs, and vector search in production environments.
• Deep proficiency in backend architecture, relational/non-relational databases, API design, and automated testing frameworks.
• Must be willing to work on-site in Makati City.

Application Process

Our application process typically takes one to three weeks, depending on your availability and progress:

Step 1: Submit your application form and complete the online assessment within seven days. Afterwards, results are shared in one to three business days.

Step 2: Qualified candidates attend a full-day onsite evaluation. Progression depends on performance at each stage. HR will notify you if your evaluation concludes early. Please arrive at the venue between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM. The detailed schedule is as follows:

Initial Assessment

• 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM: Onsite Assessment in 30-minute Batches

Supplementary Assessment (as needed)

• 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM: HR Panel Interview
• 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM: Lunch Break
• 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM: One-on-One Interviews
• 4:00 PM - 5:30 PM: CEO Forum

Step 3: Final review and background checks occur within three business days. Additional interviews may be requested.

Step 4: Receive final results within five to seven business days.
