Job summary

Staff Domain, Inc. is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator (L3) for an AU-based, WFH role within our MSSP practice. You will own complex environments, be the senior escalation point across L2/L3, and drive stability, security, and automation in a modern AI-first service model.

You will work 9:00-18:00 AEST / PH time, manage Microsoft stack, cloud networking, backups, and contribute to AI-driven operations while mentoring junior engineers and delivering end-to-end resolutions.

Qualifications

• Proven senior systems administrator experience in MSP/MSSP environments.
• Strong expertise across Microsoft technologies and cloud networking.
• Hands-on with virtualization, backups, and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Own and resolve complex issues end-to-end.
• Take technical ownership of assigned client environments.
• Provide escalation guidance to junior engineers.
• Maintain and optimise Microsoft, cloud, and network infrastructure.
• Drive security, performance, and standardisation improvements.
• Contribute to automation and AI-driven operational enhancements.
• Assist with delivery of infrastructure and security projects as required.
