Job summary

First Focus in Manila, Philippines is seeking a senior Systems Administrator to support our US operations, working Eastern Time business hours. The role covers infrastructure administration, endpoint management, security, automation and project delivery.

You’ll be part of our Philippines team, collaborating with US colleagues and stakeholders. This is a broad, hands-on role with on-call rotation and opportunities to mentor others while driving technical excellence.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of IT infrastructure or systems administration experience.
• Strong hands-on with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and M365.
• Experience managing Windows Server, DNS, DHCP and Active Directory.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support across systems, servers, networks and endpoints.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune.
• Own internal IT projects from planning through delivery.
• Support vulnerability remediation and patch management.
• Document solutions for future engineers.
